"I don’t normally leave reviews but this one was a must. The team that took care of my son was 10/10. They were always so kind, informative and helpful. My son knocked a couple brackets off throughout our process and they quickly got him in same or next day. If I had to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts they did their absolute best to accommodate us. My son always had good things to say after each appointment. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. We have 8 kids at home and anticipate at least 4 more kiddos needing dental work and we will be coming back here without a doubt. "I love it here! I was so nervous at first as my previous orthodontist told me it was impossible to fix my mouth without first breaking my jaw and having my mouth be wired shut 6 weeks. Thankfully that was not the case here! All the staff are SO BEYOND friendly and always make you feel right at home! My teeth are coming along fantastically! I could not ask for a better orthodontist! I also live about an hour away and it’s totally worth the drive!!!!"

So glad we addressed his issues early & he should be done with treatment before he's done with middle school. We have not only trusted them with orthodontic care for all of our family, including adult patients, but they have assisted patiently and with extreme compassion as I recently had some extreme jaw/alignment bite issues and pain. Not only were my concerns heard, but treated same day when I called in for an appointment in distress. Dr. Leonard took the time to educate me and made me feel like I was heard, and answered ALL my questions. I never once felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing them at all. We just started orthodontic care for our youngest daughter whom, because of a juvenile accident involving her permanent front teeth will be a very complex case and will require precise care, we didn't hesitate to only move forward with Smile Doctors (alpha orthodontics) and Dr. Leonard for this care. "When my dentist told me that I would need braces or I would lose my teeth. My job can be very stressful. I was grinding my teeth at night and sometimes at work. I was referred to Dr. Leonard. "As an adult I had to have some oral surgery done to correct a jaw issue, after my surgery I was left in need of a dental implant! My oral surgeon had recommended to me to do a consultation for orthodontic care prior to the implant, cause once that was in straightening out my off centered midline as well as a few other alignment issues wasn't gonna be an option. I chose to consult Dr Leonard after he had done an amazing job on my daughters orthodontic treatment, and we were extremely happy with the results as well as the affordable payment plan they allowed for working families. As usual I was greeted with a warm welcome even though I wasn't sure I really wanted to or could even afford another family member in braces at that time (we were already in the middle of my daughters treatment and payments), the staff just reminded me a consultation was free and if it didn't work out we could do it at a later date. I went through with consultation and a few weeks later dove right in to my Invisalign treatment! I have never regretted it for a second, and believe it's the best money as an adult I have spent on myself. As a mom I sometimes think that I don't need this or that, I didn't know I needed to straighten my teeth and correct orthodontic issues until I did and was so grateful I did. My overall self confidence has increased as well as my oral care and the importance of it for future need! Raising 3 daughters and showing them the importance of self care and doing good things for yourself has just been one of the many good things that have come from my adult orthodontic care and treatment.My Invisalign has been a great choice cause I can eat whatever I want and I love the easy care involved with them, and with the Invisalign retainers I have paired it with Acceledent and my treatment has been nicely tracking at a quicker rate than expected. I now LOVE to smile, be in pictures with my family and just overall enjoy being present with the people in my life to show off Dr Leonard's great work. Dr. Leonard and staff as well as Invisalign I will always hold with high regard and recommend to anyone and everyone who will listen or are considering the treatment and this amazing office!"
"Thank you so very much for making all my teeth very usable. I went for my first appointment with Dr. Leonard at age 65. It was the farthest thing from my mind that I would ever "need" braces. At this age, some people choose to do it for cosmetics only and that's fine, but not me. My problem was bad enough that I was breaking off teeth and going to start losing teeth with such an exaggerated overbite. My top teeth were actually cutting into my bottom gum and causing discomfort. Also one of my bottom teeth came in completely laying flat on the bottom of my mouth -- never used. It was an absolute necessity that only allowed my parents to seek dental care in the 1950's due to lack of money. Therefore I did not get dental care when young.FAST FORWARD: Starting in November 2013 with braces and then switching to Invisilign, now 3 1/2 yrs. later I am able to use all my teeth to their fullest potential.I am so very thankful to Dr. Leonard and his team of assistants for their pleasant, professional and personal level of expertise that has given me fully restored use of my teeth and a wonderful smile. They were all so very helpful and I bonded over that time with Dr. Leonard and all his employees in the Mason City office. Along with excellent orthodontic care, we shared life experiences in that time. We laughed and grew close in our relationships. "Great times! I use to hate the dentist but after coming here about 7 years ago, I was hooked. The staff are happy and always courteous. Timing can sometimes be an issue but that may be due to others showing up late for their appointments. They circumvent that by offering snacks and other eye porn while you wait. Do your mouth a favor and stop being afraid of the dentist.The location that I attend is Pennsylvania."
